Can office and field staff follow different attendance rules?
Yes. Working hours, location rules, visit targets, late cutoffs and approval rights can be configured by role.
Does SlideHabit track employees continuously?
No. Location is read when an employee checks in, checks out or records a field visit. The current product does not track employees in the background.
Can the app use our company name and logo?
Yes. Your company name, logo and colours are applied throughout. Android access is delivered through Google Play closed testing, while iPhone and iPad users install the PWA.
Can visit proof be shared outside the app?
Yes. A visit photo can carry its location, coordinates, date and time, then open a premade template for sharing through WhatsApp.
Does it calculate payroll?
It prepares approved attendance totals, earned days and monthly reports. It is not a statutory payroll or payslip system unless a separate integration is agreed.
Can we keep using Google Sheets?
Yes. Records created through the app can sync to a connected Google Sheet, so owners can review attendance, hours and visits in a familiar format.
Can we run targets or contests for field staff?
Yes. A company can launch a time-bound contest with a visit target and reward. Employees see their target and progress inside the app.
What if our attendance policy is unusual?
Show us the rule during the fit call. We will tell you whether it can be configured, needs separate development or is not suitable for the product.
How does the 15-day pilot work?
After a short fit check, the ₹4,000 setup covers supported branding and rule configuration. A selected team then uses the app for 15 days without a subscription charge. Monthly billing starts only if you choose to continue.
Will you show us another company's live data?
No. The in-person walkthrough uses a separate demonstration workspace running on the production app with synthetic records. Another customer's records are never shown.
